Mission - Our mission is to provide exposure of the artist’s work to greater audiences and to make practitioners aware of each other and not function in isolation but rather as part of a supportive community that encourages peer dialogue and exchange.

Description - Community Based Arts Organisation in Newcastle, Northen Natal focused on the creative development of the youth and supporting existing creative practitioners.

The Maboneng Township Arts Experience
The Maboneng Township Arts Experience is a national public arts initiative that turns homes in townships into galleries and outdoor spaces into performance districts. We work humbly with home owners and families to create a warm intimate arts environment in our townships. After 10 years, The Maboneng Township Arts Experience has turned over 70 homes in South African townships into galleries, exhibited over 50 artists and encouraged township residents to invest in art.
