Foa-flux produces much-needed data for a critical debate that is not hampered
from the start by self-limiting and ideological concepts.
As such, FOA-FLUX contributes to the ongoing re-evaluation of established reference systems and to the discussion on art worldwide.
One of FOA-FLUX‘s hallmarks is our ability to linking the scientific, artistic, and
applied production of knowlege with an informed exchange about art.
FOA-FLUX (co-)runs projects in Europe, southern Africa, South America, and South Asia.

transdisciplinarity-net - Network for Transdisciplinary Research

td-net is the primary Swiss contact point for researchers and funders in the field of inter- and transdisciplinary research and teaching.
As a platform, td-net advances the mutual learning between inter- and transdisciplinary researchers and lecturers across thematic fields, languages and countries and thereby supports community building.
As centre of competences td-net disposes of expertise, methods and tools for coproducing knowledge. By use of these competences td-net supports inter- and transdisciplinary projects in research and teaching in order to bring them to fruition.
td-net assists the Swiss Academies of Arts and Sciences in facilitating exchange and collaboration between disciplines and between science and society.

New Adventures in Sound Art (NAISA)

"New Adventures in Sound Art (NAISA) is a non-profit organization, based in Toronto, that presents performances and installations spanning the entire spectrum of electroacoustic and experimental sound art. NAISA’s annual events include: the Deep Wireless Festival of Radio & Transmission Art in May, the Sound Travels Festival of Sound Art in August, NAISA’s participation in the international Art’s Birthday celebration in January, as well as the NAISA Sound Bash Series in March and the SOUNDplay series in November. The objectives of NAISA are to foster awareness and understanding locally, as well as nationally and internationally, in the cultural vitality of experimental sound art in its myriad forms of expression. This objective will be achieved through the exploration of new sound technologies in conjunction with the creation of cultural events and artifacts."
